1.Micropiezoelectric printing head technology.
VJ-1204X / VJ-1604X adopt the fifth generation of microelectronic printhead technology(DX5);
VJ-628X / VJ-1324 / 1624X /1924X adopt the seventh generation of microelectronic printhead technology(DX7)
DX7 new printing mode increases the actual production speed by more than 15%.
DX7 will increase the ink droplet while ensuring the minimum ink droplet, which will not only guarantee the printing accuracy, but also meet the demand of high speed printing for color saturation.
2.Seven - level ink drop controllable technology
Mutoh pictorial machine adopts drops controllable printing technology,DX7 print head can print 7 kinds of different sizes of drops,according to the different printing material, customers can choose different combination of drops, to meet the requirements of the pictures on the color saturation and print accuracy, make sure that the output image of the ink is more sophisticated, picture is more delicate and trenchant.
3.Secondary ink bag transfer ink technology
Original secondary ink bag transfer ink technology.Adopt negative pressure for transfer ink, the second-level ink bag is completely sealed to ensure the ink is not affected by the external air.Keeping the pressure constant in the ink conveying pipe, provide stable ink for the printing head which realize high-speed printing and no broken ink.
4.Height of printer head is adjusted.
MUTOH VJ series digital printer can adjust the printing height according to different need.VJ-628X/1204X/1324X can choose 2 printing height, which is low 1.2mm and high 2.0mm.
VJ-1604X/1624X/1924X can choose low 1.5mm and high 2.5 mm,so that the printer can print various materials of different thickness.
5.Intelligent inerweave
MUTOH digital printer has undulating printing technology, DX7 printer on the basis of the original wavy print, innovative applications of intelligent weaving printing technology - i², i² technology effectively to improve the printing process of Banding and Pass the phenomenon, to ensure that the print quality reach the ideal state.
7.Three way heater
MUTOH eco solvent printer standard equipped preprinting ,printing,after printing thee way automatic heater.Heating system temperature control is accurate, the temperature rise quickly, let the ink and the medium full union, the color is brighter.

If the goods in stock , the full payment is received from customer , we will arrange shipping at the firs time, if not , it will be about 7 work days after receive the deposit.
For the items you purchased, we will arrange shipping by sea or international express delivery to ship and usually the carriers are DHL, FedEx, TNT, and UPS. It shall be quite safe during shipping by sea or air. Additionally, we will purchase insurance as a guarantee for your order.

4.How about warranty?
12 months warranty for our machines. During warranty period, we will send free parts for replacement (circuit boards) while broken parts should be sent back.
5.What is the payment terms?
We accept the T/T transfer, Western Union and money gram etc.
